- ICT & Infrastructure Readiness Assessment: We assess datacenters, network, end-user computing, and virtual workplace readiness against the demands of census and survey operations.

- We manage procurement projects for large IT, infrastructure, census, and services contracts by defining requirements, evaluating support, contract and supplier management.
- We assist in procurement projects by providing standards, templates, and governance so public-sector procurement is consistent, defensible, and audit-ready.
- We manage and monitor suppliers to ensure their performance while following risk management frameworks for critical vendors.
Sustainable Development & Environmental Management
